Why We Exist
The Golden Souls was created to honor the lives of the golden retrievers who changed us forever. The ones who waited by the door. The ones who knew when we needed comfort. The ones who never stopped loving us.
Their loyalty deserves more than a memory. It deserves a legacy.
Where This Began
This mission is deeply personal.
We have had two golden retrievers who shaped our lives in ways we will never fully be able to explain — Louie and Charlie.
Louie lived eleven beautiful years. About a year and a half ago, his legs slowly gave out, and we had to say goodbye. It was one of the hardest moments our family has ever faced.
Charlie is still with us now, nearly twelve years old. Slower than he once was, but still steady. Still loyal. Still watching over our home.
As we welcomed our daughters into the world — now 3½ and 2½ — Louie and Charlie loved them fiercely. They were gentle, patient, and protective. They laid beside bassinets, stood guard during nap time, and became part of their earliest memories.
They weren’t just dogs. They were family. They were comfort. They were constant.
The Golden Souls exists because of them. Because of the kind of love that never really leaves.
